Kitchen Overhaul

Transitioning your kitchen to be fully gluten-free or a shared kitchen can feel overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to begin. I’ll come to your home and work alongside you to make the process simple and manageable.

We’ll work together to:

  • Review everything in your cabinets, pantry, and kitchen

  • Sort items into gluten-free, not gluten-free, and uncertain categories

  • Create a list of gluten-free alternatives to replace gluten-containing products

  • Set up a fully gluten-free kitchen or a safe shared-space kitchen, depending on your household needs

  • Provide follow-up support to help you adjust and stay on track

This includes:

  • Planning a personalized grocery list based on your preferences and needs

  • Meeting at a supermarket of your choice and walking the aisles together

  • Learning how to read labels and spot hidden gluten

  • Discovering gluten-free products, brands, and shopping tips to make the process easier

For those who want additional personalized help, I offer individual, hands on guidance tailored to your needs. This practical assistance can include:

  • Reviewing products and tools to make daily life simpler

  • Streamlining your daily setup to make living gluten-free easier
